For much of my professional career, I have served in leadership positions in both the public and private sector. Early on in my career, I held management positions for major companies in Illinois. My second career involved a move to the world of education, where I served as a middle school teacher, elementary school assistant principal and principal, and director of curriculum, instruction, and professional development. I continue to remain active in the field of education, teaching undergraduates and graduate students in the college of education at Appalachian State University.

As Vice-President of Lessons for Your Journey®, my major areas of focus are promoting and publicizing products and upcoming events, marketing, editing manuscripts and newsletters produced by the company, and co-facilitating workshops for Lessons for Your Journey®.
